Ticket Exchanges
Ticket exchanges are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the performance. This service is free to subscribers. Ticket exchanges should be requested by email to [email protected] .
Save on Extra Tickets – And Beat the Line!
Subscribers can add additional tickets to their subscription packages before tickets go on sale to the general public. You’ll save 20% compared to the regular single ticket price! Additional tickets must be ordered directly from MFC by emailing [email protected] .
No Service Charges
Subscribers pay the series price with no exchange fees and no service charges for extra concert tickets.
Ticket Donation
If you are unable to attend a concert, and do not wish to exchange your tickets, then you may donate your tickets back to MFC and receive a charitable tax receipt. Tickets may be donated up to 48 hours prior to the concert with an email notification to [email protected] and original tickets sent by mail to the choir’s mailing address below before May 15, 2018 in order to be eligible for a tax receipt.
No Charge for Lost or Forgotten Tickets
If you lose or misplace your tickets, then email us at [email protected] to arrange for replacement tickets, free!
Subscription Policies
Seating Assignment
All orders are processed in sequence according to the date and time the payment is received and must be accompanied by payment for processing. For best available seats, order as early as possible. Due to popularity some concerts may have limited seating.
Refunds
Refunds of the complete subscription series package will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the first concert in the series. There are no refunds on individual concerts within the series or on additional tickets purchased. Refund requests must be received in writing (please enclose the original concert tickets) to MFC’s subscription coordinator at the address below.
If refund is being requested with less than two-week’s notice you must inform MFC by email ([email protected]) and in writing as above.
Ticket Exchanges
Tickets for one concert or performance may be exchanged for tickets to another up to 48 hours before the performance (assuming tickets are still available). Extra charge may apply if the alternate concert's ticket price is higher than the original concert.
Programme Changes
Artists, venues, dates and programmes are subject to change without notice. When time allows, programme changes will be announced in advance of the performance.

- “Child” subscriptions are available for children who are 12 and under at the time of subscription or ticket purchase.
- “Senior” subscriptions are available for people 65+.
- “Student” subscriptions are available to people who are enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary school at time of subscription or ticket purchase.
